About Us 

CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone. Our classes are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by legendary coach Greg Glassman after his many years of watching, working with, and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting,
running) executed at high intensity. At CrossFit NSB, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rowers, wooden boxes and open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness alone and/or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.

Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Nick Schulz

Began CrossFit in 2013

Hobbies: Surfing, Fishing, Rap/dance Battling 

I became a CrossFit coach because it helped me so much to live a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically so I wanted to help other people feel the same.


Alicia Robles

Fell in love with the functional fitness methodology in 2017.  It helped me in so many ways, mentally and physically. I instantly knew I needed to share my passion with others.  Became an L1 trainer Nov. 2018 and it has been one (if not the most) fulfilling and empowering achievements reached so far.

 Dillon Oquin

Hey guys,


Some of you may know me already, but for those who don’t, my name is Dillon Oquin.  I’m happy to say that I’ve been chosen to coach here at CrossFit NSB! My wonderful fiancé Phoenix is also a member here, and our son Camden makes the occasional appearance at the gym as well! CrossFit is actually how we met and we’ve been going to classes together regularly ever since. I personally drank the CrossFit Koolaid about four years ago and have been coaching for about two. I do not know everything and I’m learning daily like everyone else. I find the logistics of CrossFit to be so interesting. If you have any questions I’ll do my best to answer! Thanks again to Jimmy and Kristen and I look forward to working with you all.

If you are a current CrossFitter from out of town visiting NSB & would like to WOD while in NSB….
Just drop in for any class time you wish! NO RSVP or confirmation required. Just show up! 

We have a few options for drop ins.

1. $20/day 

2. $75.00/ week per person
